Returns Policy
Following these instructions will help us to provide you with a faster repairs/returns/exchange part process.
1. Search for the part you require using the web shop search function.
2. Order the required repaired/exchange part from us on the web shop
3. Provide any additional information required in the comments field of the web order.
4. If you are returning any parts please provide the original web shop order confirmation number.
5. Send any returned parts to:

6. You will be invoiced for the repair/exchange component.
7. You must return the failed component to us with the appropriate documentation within three weeks.
If there is a warranty claim then you must also complete and return the appropriate warranty claim documentation to the Warranty Department..
8. If the original failed component is not returned within the time limit an additional invoice will be raised for the difference between exchange and new part pricing. In the case of a warranty claim, the part will be fully invoiced with new part pricing (plus freight and packaging). and the warranty claim will be rejected.
9. Any warranty claim will be reviewed and if the failure is not considered a valid warranty claim then an additional invoice will be raised.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
